Exciting News from Laveen140!

We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our efforts to revitalize the Cottonfields Community with a new, high-quality golf course and clubhouse complex! Over the past couple of months, our dedicated team has been hard at work, going door to door, hosting community events, and engaging with residents. Today, we are proud to share that we have surpassed the required 2/3 consents of property owners within the Cottonfields Community in support of our project!

Not only have we filed with the City, but we also have ongoing communication with the HOA and their attorneys, ensuring that every step we take is in alignment with the community's vision and needs. We couldn't be more grateful for the support and collaboration we've received throughout this process.

We are incredibly excited about the plan that has taken shape through this collaborative effort and the exceptional team we've assembled to bring it to life. The proposed golf course and clubhouse complex will be a fantastic addition to our neighborhood, offering a valuable amenity and a welcoming gathering place for all community residents to enjoy.
